â€¢Responding to customer queries based on their priority and urgency levels daily by identifying their cause and providing an appropriate solution.
â€¢Working with internal departments when issues are identified and following up to ensure a quick resolution.
â€¢Delivering excellent first line support for Customers.
â€¢Shift â€“ will be required to work in shifts and on weekends. 5-day week but including weekends and night shifts
